After School STEM Content

Our After School STEM program runs once a week during the school term. We offer two different age groups, 6-8 and 9-11.

Each session is structured to inspire creativity and problem solving. Students are presented a challenge and we teach them relevant skills so they can solve the problem themselves. We encourage them to think outside the box and allow them to make mistakes.
Ultimately they are more confident in their abilities and have learned more about the amazing world of STEM.

Our Teaching Philosophy

Here at the International School of STEM we operate differently to a traditional classroom. We encourage children to explore, be creative, and test limits. We teach them to be independent critical thinkers. We show them diverse areas of STEM and teach them principles so they can solve real world problems on their own.

All of our lessons are hands-on and provide opportunity for self-directed discovery.
